Not fit for purpose

Although I loved the charm I bought 2 of these on the advice of one of the lovely ladies in the Hobart store for my franc create hoops. First time I wore them the charm fell off the back of the hoop ☹️ so unfortunately it is hard to recommend them

Thanks so much for taking the time to write to us! I am so sorry to hear this has happened, our Intuition charm has a jump ring attached to it that is designed for bracelets and necklaces, if removed the charm can be added to the hoops - is it possible that the jump ring was left on causing it to be to big for the hoops? xx
