We run different sales and promotions all throughout the year; specific conditions  to a sale or promotion/giveaway will be listed below.

All minimum spend requirements are to be met in AUD, only 1 offer can be claimed at a time. Free Gifts with purchases allow for one gift per order. Any orders including pre-order items, your order will be held and shipped when the pre-order item is ready.

Returns are not accepted on sale or promotional items, unless deemed faulty through the manufacturing process.

If a discount code is required, only one discount code is able to be used at a time at checkout, including loyalty reward vouchers. Any secondary discount codes applied will override the previous code, and only one will be accepted.

Shipping charges may apply during sales and promotional periods, outside of our general postage fees.

FRANCESCA BIRTHDAY AUCTION

15 one-off pieces will be available to bid through auction from 6pm AEDT 3rd November 2026. Bidding will close at 8pm AEDT 8th November 2026. Bidding starts at $100AUD. Bidders must login to participate. Final bid wins, no contests. Winners will be followed up for payment via email invoice. If the item is not paid for within 7 business days, you will automatically forfeit your winning bid and the second highest bidder will be contacted instead. 100% of the proceeds from auction items will be donated to the Be Her Freedom Foundation. No returns or exchanges on auction items unless deemed faulty by our team. Standard warranty applies.

Unless otherwise specified in the product name, all mystery products will be random selection, and can be in any metal tone. Products will be selected during the dispatch process and will not be catered to specific customer requests. Please note that Mystery Products (including studs, bracelets, charms etc) are not able to be returned due to the nature of heavily discounted promotions, unless deemed faulty by manufacturing.

It Girl Vanity Giveaway

It Girl Vanity giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Entries open 3:30pm AEDT 20th October 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 25 October 2026. To enter, participants must complete the online entry form and agree to receive Francesca Jewellery marketing emails. No purchase is necessary.

One winner will be randomly drawn on 26th October 2026 and notified via email. The prize consists of a $500AUD Francesca Jewellery voucher for the Trove Collection, a $500AUD MECCA voucher and a Hommey robe used on set for the Francesca Trove campaign.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other items. The Hommey robe cannot be returned. MECCA and Hommey are not sponsors or partners of this giveaway.

Loyalty rewards are not able to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Loyalty rewards vouchers can only be used on purchases of $50* or more (see below list for full details). You must remain active on your loyalty account every 12 months for your loyalty points to remain valid. Keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward! The rewards program is subject to change at any time. Loyalty vouchers do not apply to shipping costs.

*If your cart value is less than the voucher you wish to redeem (eg. $60 voucher, $50 purchase), the remainder of the voucher amount is automatically forfeited.

GST and Shipping fees not accrued in points. Points accrue upon purchase of Gift Vouchers, not upon use of Gift Vouchers.

Mystery items purchased are not able to be returned unless faulty due to the manufacturing process. They are heavily discounted items, therefore sales conditions apply. They are ‘mystery’ by nature of this promotion and cannot be exchanged or returned due to change of mind. Please note due to fast turnover we cannot guarantee multiple styles are available at time of purchase, there may be a chance if purchasing multiple 'mystery' items that you will receive similar or same designs.

Our gift cards and store credits have an expiry of 3 years from the date of purchase (gift cards) or from the date of issue (store credits).Gift cards and store credits can be used at any time within the valid time frame, including sales and promotional periods. Simply enter the gift card or store credit number in the discount code/gift card section at checkout.Gift cards are treated as cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are non-refundable.

Pre-order items have an approximate shipping time of 8 weeks from the date of purchase, however all estimated dispatch times will be included in the product description.

If your order contains other pieces in addition to a pre-order item, your full order will be held and shipped together with your pre-order piece. If you are wanting other pieces sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

We welcome honest reviews from our customers — positive or negative. However, we reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, promotional content, false claims, or personal information.

Reviews cannot be accepted or published if the content of the review relates to a different product, or service to which the review is being left on.

Our team will make every effort to help resolve any issues you may encounter; we encourage customers to edit or remove their reviews based off resolution status however you are under no obligation to do so.
