Francesca X Em Carey "If you can you must" Necklace

Known as “the girl who fell from the sky” after surviving a spinal cord injury when her parachute did not open during a skydiving accident at age 20. We worked with Em to create a piece of jewellery featuring a quote, part of her story, “if you can, you must.” Designed as motivation to live each day to the fullest. 

Em - “I wrote these five words the day I was told I would never walk again. They were to remind my future self to go for a run if she was ever lucky enough to be able to. Over time though, I realised that these words aren't just about running, they are about everything”. 

We want you to be able to keep your Francesca pieces for as long as possible! All metals are delicate, so treat your piece with love and care.

We recommend taking your pieces off while sleeping, swimming or undertaking any other sporting activities.
