"Brought it for my niece 40th birthday she loved ,actually she the one who has purchased items from you , a while back she said to go to your shop for another birthday present I had to get , and my goddaughter buys a lot of items there for presents. I was very impressed"
Had two items break last
"Had two items break last week the bracelet was in warranty so was replaced I store staff very helpful, my necklace out of warranty could get through on phone to talk to anyone emailed didn’t get a response so went ins rode staff lovely but they don’t repair so has to take to another store to get repaired. My experience in store was staff are lovely, but you can’t contact via voice call and having to go in store wasn’t the best customer service that part needs to be improved. I adore the store so much, would love to see that improved. The price point and jewellery and staff in store are beautiful ."
