"Hi, this was my first visit to your Hobart store. The store was extremely busy and it was also the Black Friday sale. Despite the amount of people waiting to be served and some not so patient or polite, my experience was lovely. The sales assistant was polite and efficient, she did not rush me even though she was obviously under pressure due to the amount of customers. It was a positive experience and the ring was as perfect as it looked in the online photos. I have received so many compliments on this ring. My only disappointment was they did not have my size in the gold, I wanted both as the ring was so lovely. Cheers Kay"
