    Bobble chain

    This was a replacement for a chain that got broken by accident through no fault of the manufacturer. Francesca’s customer service team were so understanding and sent out a replacement chain, express shipping at no charge, to the delight of my daughter who received the necklace from her Nan who recently passed away. My daughter was devastated when it broke and Francesca went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the chain in time to wear her locket to her leavers dinner. Thank you sooo much for your extreme kindness and proving that there are some genuinely caring people in the world x
