Loyalty Program

Every dollar you spend*, you will be rewarded with one point! You can then save and redeem these points for a voucher to use towards future purchases.

For example, Spend $200 = $10 voucher for next order.

There are also other easy ways you can earn points, all of which can be found in the 'ways to earn' section of our 'Franc Collective' page - https://www.francesca.com.au/pages/rewards

Points to Vouchers:

• 200 points = $10 voucher
• 300 points = $15 voucher
• 600 points = $30 voucher
• 1200 points = $60 voucher
• 3000 points = $150 voucher
• 4000 points = $200 voucher

*Shipping fees and GST do not accrue points

*Please note: Use of Gift Vouchers (physical and electronic) do not accrue loyalty points, the points are accrued upon purchase of the voucher.

To join our loyalty program and start earning points you will first have to create an account with us.

Sign up Online

You can create an account with us here. This only takes a minute!

Checking out with your email online will automatically create a profile for you in our system, however to start accruing points you do need to set a password for your profile. Be sure to have your account set up and activated prior to purchase if you wish to start accruing & using loyalty points online!

Sign up In Store

You can sign up for our Loyalty Program easily in store. Simply ask our friendly staff to add your email to your purchase!

Redeeming online?
Redeeming your points is easy! All your points and potential vouchers can be accessed on our Rewards page.

Once you have enough points to redeem, the rewards will appear in your 'Redeem Points' icon.

Click ‘redeem reward’ - this will provide you with a voucher code to be used within 6 months. Once you redeem a reward you points will automatically be deducted. Alternatively, you can redeem your available rewards at checkout using the points dropdown box!

To use your voucher, you need to enter the code at checkout in the ‘gift card or discount code’ section.

Redeeming on the App?
You can access your points via our App by using the 'Rewards' tab! The App rewards operate the same as online, and can be applied at checkout in the discount codes section.

Redeeming in Store?
Show our friendly team a copy of your code to use your points in store, otherwise they can have access these for you on the spot!

Remember each reward has it's own terms and conditions like minimum purchase amounts, ensure you check these upon redeeming.

Redemption Terms

Please note: Purchases of Gift Vouchers (physical and electronic) accrue loyalty points, the points are not accrued upon spend of the voucher.

*If your cart value is less than the voucher you wish to redeem (eg. $60 voucher, $50 purchase), the remainder of the voucher amount is automatically forfeited.

• Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
• Vouchers are valid on orders of $50 or more (each reward has their own terms!)
• Points stay active with at least one purchase every 12 months
• Shipping costs are excluded from rewards
• Loyalty vouchers do not apply to shipping costs, and shipping fees plus GST are not accrued in Loyalty points.
• Vouchers cannot be combined - one use at a time
• Program terms are subject to change!

Accrual Terms

All additional 'ways to earn' must be completed via the websites Rewards page. You can follow the links on each activity to accrue your extra points!

• 1 point for every dollar spent
• 50 points rewarded after signing up & making your first purchase
• 30 points when you like us on Facebook
• 30 points when you follow us on TikTok
• 30 points when you follow us on Instagram
• 50 points when you sign up for SMS
• 10 points when you leave a review - must be a verified purchase
• 10 points when you add a photo to your review - must be a verified purchase

You can continue to accrue points as long as your account stays active every 12 months. This means, if you do not make a purchase within 365 days of your last purchase, your points will expire.

To use your loyalty points you must ensure you have created your Francesca account. You can do this through the 'My Account' tab on the top right of your screen.

Once you have set up your account you can start redeeming your points!
