    Disappointed

    I’ve brought a few items from Francesca and I’ve had no issues before every piece has always been really nice. I ordered this bracelet as a Mother’s Day present and it looks absolutely lovely online and when I received it it just looks cheap like I’d brought it from Kmart. The engraved piece looks rough around the sides it’s not smooth and neat it’s feels too light. I don’t think it’s worth $200
