So what exactly does all this mean?

As the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to help grow our brand through this next rapid growth phase. With extensive experience in eCommerce, are you someone with attention to detail, able to execute efficiently and proficient in reporting. If you thrive on attention-to-detail and focused on producing a high standard of work, we want to hear from you. This role is at the heart of the engine room of marketing and is a ‘behind-the-scenes’ position where you’ll be involved in many parts of the brand and a big contributor to our KPIs. 

 

What's involved?

The eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute a data lead performance digital marketing strategy to trade the Francesca website and apps to deliver sales and profit targets. The role will work closely with our Creative Director (Rachel) to balance brand with performance. Scalable execution of paid media to maximise profit including management of agencies and joint ownership of creative asset performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy - Develop and execute a data lead performance digital marketing strategy to trade the Francesca website and apps to deliver sales and profit targets.
  • Paid Media Management - You will work closely with the Creative Director to balance brand with performance. Scalable execution of paid media to maximise profit including management of agencies and joint ownership of creative asset performance.
  • Marketing Channel Analysis - Profitable and scaleable execution of marketing channels including, affiliates, SEO, EDM, CRM and other channels as needed.
  • Customer experience - Optimise the online customer experience to increase retention and LTV, ownership of loyalty program.
  • Website optimisation - Continually optimise the site and app to increase conversion rate and AOV, through testing and data led insights.
  • Privacy and risk - Overall ownership of privacy for the company, ensuring we are compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Website Management - Efficient management and optimisation of the entire website and app including international stores, product uploads, website content, logistical offerings, visual merchandising and promotional offerings.

 

A few must-haves:

  • Must have ecommerce experience (ideally Shopify, but please provide examples)
  • Must have understanding of SEO principles and best practices (ongoing training provided)
  • Must have experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (ongoing training provided)
  • Able to work autonomously 
  • Detail oriented and lover of spreadsheets
