So what exactly does all this mean?

As the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to help grow our brand through this next rapid growth phase. With a strong focus on eCommerce, are you someone with attention to detail, able to execute efficiently and proficient in reporting. If you thrive on attention-to-detail and focused on producing a high standard of work, we want to hear from you. This role is at the heart of the engine room of marketing and is a ‘behind-the-scenes’ position where you’ll be involved in many parts of the brand and a big contributor to our KPIs. 

 

Responsibilities:

Website

  • Shopify product management 
  • Asset management, ensuring samples and images are collated ahead of launches
  • Tagging products and collection management
  • Management of out of stock products and communication to marketing team
  • Management of pre-order system 
  • Managing upsell and mystery gift on the website
  • Organising the ‘Launch Pad’ to schedule website changes for sales and promos
  • Management of bundled products
  • Basic website edits to text and visuals (via Shopify Customiser, so no code required)
  • Management of loyalty system 

SEO & Copywriting 

  • Project based SEO work (targeting specific keyword groups)
  • Weekly/monthly reporting

Digital Marketing

  • Working alongside the E-commerce Manager to help set up and deliver ads
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Analyse and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports and recommendations on all campaigns, working closely with our Ecommerce Manager to ensure these recommendations are carried out.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Follow posting schedule, uploading pre-organised adverts
  • Create A/B tests with ads to improve CTR or ROAS

A few must-haves:

  • Must have ecommerce experience (ideally Shopify, but please provide examples)
  • Must have understanding of SEO principles and best practices (ongoing training provided)
  • Must have experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (ongoing training provided)
  • Able to work autonomously and can spell/ grammar check themselves
  • Detail oriented and lover of spreadsheets
